Digital products are delivered electronically.
Class bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Since we do not sell physical goods, shipping terms do not apply.

Booking a Pastaandplay experience means you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Policy

All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
You may send someone in your place if you cannot attend — simply notify us in advance.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, venue issues, minimum attendance requirements).
If this happens, you will be offered:

a new date, or
a full refund

3. Allergies & Dietary Needs

Participants must inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions.
While we take great care, our kitchen environment cannot guarantee an allergen-free space.

4. Safety & Participation

Cooking involves heat, sharp tools, and physical activity.
By attending, you agree to participate safely and at your own discretion.

5. Late Arrival

Classes begin promptly. We cannot repeat missed portions for late arrivals and no partial refunds are offered.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content — including recipes, images, digital products, workshop methods, text, and branding — belongs to Pastaandplay.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written consent.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Shopify and other third-party providers may support some Services. We are not responsible for third-party practices or availability.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Purchases are made directly with Pastaandplay. Shopify is not involved in the sale or liable for any issues arising from your purchases.
