Return & Refund Policy — Cooking Classes
Thank you for booking a Pasta & Play experience.
As all my workshops are intimate, curated events with limited spaces, the following policy helps ensure fairness for all participants and allows me to plan ingredients, staff, and venue preparation properly.
Cancellations by Participants
✦ More than 14 days before the class:
You may request a full refund or transfer your booking to another available date.
✦ Between 7 and 14 days before the class:
You may transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability).
Refunds are not available during this time frame.
✦ Less than 7 days before the class:
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At this stage all ingredients, materials, and staffing are already committed.
Unable to Attend? Transfer Your Seat
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to send a friend in your place at no additional cost.
Just let me know their name and contact details before the workshop.
Cancellations by Pasta & Play
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a class (e.g., illness, venue issues), you will be offered:
✔ a full refund,
or
✔ the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
I will always try to give as much notice as possible.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be used for any available class within 12 months of purchase.
Late Arrivals
Classes begin promptly. If you arrive late, I cannot guarantee the ability to repeat missed sections.
No refunds or partial refunds are given for late attendance.
Special Circumstances
I understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please reach out — while I cannot guarantee exceptions, I always try to handle each situation with care and fairness.
